Horatio Mortimer is the fund manager at Emerald Chest venture capital, which he co-founded in 2006 to invest in new technologies that reduce carbon emissions. Horatio is also public affairs consultant at Sovereign Strategy, and he runs a high-level discussion group at the London School of Economics, where he previously worked for six years. Prior to joining LSE he worked at United Nations Headquarters in New York, and before that in the film industry.
